What is the next stable point for global temperatures?

I asked myself this question several days ago. My conclusion now is that either that answer is predicted and just too damn scary to publish, or even more disturbingly it keeps rising for several centuries and mammalian life stops being viable. Climate scientists please, if you have the models and have run them out to say 3 centuries, what do they tell us? If the models break down due to accumulated error then sure I can accept that but still the lack of information on those really long term outcomes bothers me.
